Diamond Drive Hub Mod - The Real Solution

​Stock Arctic Cat Diamond Drive Clutches have a molded aluminum sheave with a aluminum hub that the other sheave slides on. The pressure on that aluminum causes the aluminum to wear out and the only way to fix it is to buy a new sheave. We have come up with a solution to that issue by creating a steel hub to replace the molded
aluminum hub.   

​This steel hub is much stronger than the stock hub and is replaceable if it ever is to wear out. It is simply held in by four screws. It has a black oxide finish to prevent it from rusting. We also replace the Bushing in the clutch. With this hub kit, the bushing should wear out before the hub does. And that's how its supposed to work.

​In order to install the new hub your clutch has to be sent to us so that we can machine it out and also drill at tap holes so that the hub can be attached.
